The Drug Use Notification Form (DUNF) must be completed online before showing your junior fair animal.

Who needs it: Exhibitors of market animals (beef, hogs, sheep, goats, poultry, and rabbits) and lactating dairy cattle or dairy goats.
Poultry and Rabbits use "0000" as their tag #.
