2. Sale Committee deadline for all livestock exhibitors participating in the online add-on sale(auction) must complete their profile on Jotform by June 1st.

3. Quality Assurance Deadline is June 1st for all livestock exhibitors.

1. If you have not completed the class or taken the test out option your only choice is the online course: Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA)
2. There is a $12.00 fee per youth for this course.
3. Complete the Web-based Training Certification option.
4. Upon completion of the online YQCA course, a copy of the completion certificate MUST be emailed to gaerke.13@osu.edu.
5. Help documents (and new help videos) for account set up, registration, certificates, etc. can be found online https://yqcaprogram.org/local/youth_parents.php
6. The online module must be completed by June 1st. Please email the completed certificate to gaerke.13@osu.edu. https://yqcaprogram.org/ 
7. Other online courses do not meet the Ohio Youth Food Animal QA certification requirements (ie. BQA, PQA, BEST, etc.)

4. Horse IDs and Vaccination Records Due in FairEntry for horse exhibitors. - If you are having issues uploading photos or information please email Judie at gaerke.13@osu.edu.

5. Dog Posters with form is due to the office on June 1st.
