Valentine Care Packages for the Military
The Shelby County Junior Leaders would like to invite you to help send some love to our troops for Valentine’s Day. We will be collecting items to create care packages to send to those on active duty stationed away from home during the holiday.
Items we are collecting include:
- Beef Jerky
- Candy –including chewing gum and mints - anything but chocolate
- Fruit Snacks
- Chips – snack size
- Cookies & Crackers – Snack Packs – Oreos, Cheese- its, Nutter Butter Bars, etc.
- Deodorant
- Shampoo & Conditioner
- Socks – Men’s and Women’s Sizes
- Toothpaste and toothbrushes
- Lotion
- Wet Wipes
Items can be forwarded to any Junior Leaders Member or dropped off at the Shelby County Extension Office before January 20th . If you have any questions, please email Susan at bpmskm@yahoo.com or call 937-726-5456.
