Good Afternoon Advisors!
Many of you have been asking about when we will be holding the 2017 Advisor Training. We really appreciate your enthusiasm!
We will be holding the Advisor Training on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 7:00pm, at the Extension Office, in the main Meeting Room.
We will be doing advisor training a little different this year. We will be reviewing some of the old information for the new advisors and teaching a few new things! We feel that this is going to help all the advisors out this year and in the future. One of the “new” things is getting you connected to Ohio 4-H Online. This is the software that we use in Ohio to track all of our 4-H members and volunteers. This is where your reenrollment forms are from and how we store all of our members projects. It is very easy to navigate and we want to offer it to you as a useful tool.
We will have Tracy Nider, the State Program Coordinator for 4-H Online here to help teach us all how to best use your new 4-H online account. This is a step by step process. So please do not panic. We are here to help you, and if you ever need any help in the future, give us a call.
We will have your new log in information here and will provide a step by step guideline how to work your way through the program.
By accessing your 4-H online account, you will be able to complete the 4-H online training for policy 1.50 at your own convenience. This policy is one of the main reason we are required by the state to hold a yearly advisor training.
If you cannot attend this one time training provided by Tracy, we will have your information in the office and we can set up a time to help you. Please let us know if you will/will not be able to attend.
We will have club certificates from last year, re-enrollment forms, etc. for the Organizational Leader to pick up as well.
We have had several clubs complete their re-enrollment forms and have their books for this upcoming fair already. If you have books to order, give Judie a call and we will try to have them completed for the meeting.
